Refund Policy
At Elevateet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
Gift cards
Underwear or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Email elevateet@outlook.com.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our customer service team will provide return instructions.
Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method.
Keep your tracking number until the return is processed.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank; processing times may vary.
